– Answer a set of screening questions

Effective Monday, 5/17/21:

Patients may receive visitors anytime between 12pm-8pm Monday – Friday and 12pm-4pm Saturday and Sunday. Visitors will not be required to schedule visitation in advance. Each patient will be limited to 2 visitors per day, though the individuals who visit can change from day to day.

In accordance with CDC guidelines, our mask policy remains in effect.  All staff, visitors, and patients (when out of their room or when with others) are required to wear masks.

For the safety and wellbeing of patients, visitors, support persons and healthcare professionals, visitors will be required to go through both temperature and symptom screening upon entering the facility. If they fail the screening, they will not be allowed entry. If they pass, they will be limited to visit NON-COVID patients only:

  • All scheduled visitors must be 18 years of age or older
  • Two visitors or support persons will be permitted per patient at a time
  • All visitors will be required to wear face coverings and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. They may wear their own cloth mask or we will provide them with a mask. Any visitor refusing to wear a mask or other PPE as indicated will be asked to leave the facility

Once in the hospital or facility, visitors shall remain in the patient’s room as much as possible throughout the visit, except when directed by hospital or facility staff to leave during family training sessions.
